Vendor Partners Wanted

AFRIMMA Music Festival is curating a premium vendor experience where food, culture, commerce, and creativity meet thousands of passionate festival-goers.
All AFRIMMA Music Fest Food Village partners are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) in order to participate as a vendor during the festival. The COI must list the AT&T Performing Arts Center and G Texas as additional insureds.
A valid COI must be submitted and approved prior to the festival. Vendors who do not provide the required COI will not be eligible to vend at AFRIMMA Music Fest.

Food Village Partner 10 spaces available

A Taste of the Continent. One Table at a Time.
The AFRIMMA Food Village is a curated culinary journey across the African continent, with carefully selected partners representing rich food traditions from West to East Africa, North African spice markets to Southern African kitchens.

What’s included: One vendor table, two chairs, and access to electrical outlets within your designated zone.

What you must bring: Outlets are shared and availability fluctuates; a backup power solution is strongly recommended.

Serving utensils, chafing dishes, and warming equipment.
An 8×8 canopy, strictly enforced with no exceptions.
Food handling supplies, payment setup, signage, and extra stock.

We welcome authentic and inspired dishes from across the continent and diaspora. Fusion is welcome when the roots are real.

Marketplace Partner 40 spaces available

More Than a Booth. It’s a Brand Moment.

The AFRIMMA Marketplace is the heartbeat of the festival floor: a curated, high-energy shopping experience where culture, commerce, and creativity collide.

What’s included: One vendor table and two chairs.

Display infrastructure, branded banner or backdrop, bags, packaging, and signage.

Mobile payment setup, cash float, extension cord, power strip, and portable battery pack.

Adequate inventory, business cards, QR codes, social media signage, and weather gear.

We are looking for fashion, jewelry, beauty, art, apparel, accessories, wellness goods, music merch, home decor, spiritual tools, books, and African-inspired lifestyle products.

Food Truck Partner 2 spaces available

Roll Up. Fire Up. Feed the Culture.

AFRIMMA Music Festival is securing two elite Food Truck Partners to feed thousands of passionate festival-goers at one of the most electrifying celebrations of African music and culture.

What you need to know: Food Truck Partners must be fully self-sustained. Each truck is required to provide its own generator; power independence is mandatory. Electrical outlets are available near the venue for supplemental needs only and cannot be relied upon for primary cooking or operational power.

Arrive with a fully fueled generator rated for your full operational load.

Bring backup fuel for the entire event duration.

Test all systems during load-in before doors open.

Have an equipment contingency plan; on-site mechanical support is not available.

Only two spots are available and are awarded to operators who demonstrate operational excellence, menu diversity, and the ability to serve high-volume crowds efficiently.
